1. Who we are

The data controller is ARTWORKER TECHNOLOGY, a sole establishment registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (Trade Licence No. CN-6492001, Unified Licence No. 501-2026-200069030), owner Sergei Kolbasov ("we", "us"). Contact for privacy matters: online@artworker.pro. Registered address: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (as stated in the trade licence).

The service consists of the website and web application andamento.app (including ru.andamento.app and pro.andamento.app) and the Telegram bot @andamentobot (the "Service").

We process personal data in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, "PDPL"). Because the Service is available worldwide, for users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom we also apply the GDPR / UK GDPR as the reference standard, including the rights listed in section 8.

2. What we collect, why, and on what legal basis

We do not process special categories of data and do not ask for them. We do not identify people on the photos you upload; the image is used only as the source for a sketch.

Transactional messages (sign-in codes, Pro activation and renewal emails, a material calculation you requested, a reply to your order) are part of the service and are not marketing. At your request ("and by email") we send the work file or a link to it; a link to a PDF is valid for 7 days.

3. How we use artificial intelligence

Generating sketches is the core service, and it is performed by machine-learning models. Here is what is processed and where.

What is sent to models. The reduced copy of your uploaded photo and/or your text prompt, plus technical instructions (technique, palette, size). Your name, email and other account data are never sent to models.

Which models.

• Google Gemini (Google LLC, USA) via the Gemini API: photo-based sketches, some prompt-based sketches, and automatic analysis of the uploaded photo (subject detection and content screening). We use the paid tier of the Gemini API; under Google's terms for paid services, prompts and responses are not used to train Google's models; Google retains request logs for a limited period for abuse monitoring. (confirmed by the owner on 7 Sept 2026) For visualisation ("sketch in an interior") and "AI extend" the room photo and the sketch are sent to Gemini in the same way, via our Mac worker, as photos for mosaics.
• OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C., USA) via the OpenAI API: prompt-based sketches in X2 Boost mode and the AI insertion of the sketch into an interior for visualisation ("Visualise"). The prompt text (translated into English) and style parameters are sent to OpenAI, and for visualisation — the room photo (yours or a generated preset) and the sketch; source photos for photo-based sketches are never sent to OpenAI. Under the OpenAI API terms, request content is not used to train models; logs are retained for a limited period for abuse monitoring. If OpenAI declines or fails, the request is completed by the Google Gemini engine at no extra charge.
• Local models on our own hardware (Mac Studio, UAE): some prompt-based sketches (z-image and klein model families), 4K upscaling (the 4xNomos8kSC model, ESRGAN class; by Philip Hofmann, CC BY 4.0), screening for prohibited content (NudeNet). These run on our hardware; nothing is shared with third parties or used for training.

Automated content screening. Every uploaded photo is automatically scored on categories (nudity, violence, gore, drugs, hate, risk of minors) on a 0–3 scale; the score is stored with the work. If an image exceeds the threshold, generation is declined with an explanation. This does not produce legal effects for you: you can contact support and a human will review it.

AI output. Sketches are produced by models, may contain inaccuracies and artefacts, and are not reviewed by a human before delivery (see Terms of Service).

Training our models. We do not train models on your materials without separate consent. If you enable the corresponding option (when uploading a photo or in your account), your uploads and results may be used to train the Service's own models; you can withdraw at any time in your account — the materials are excluded from the training set and removed from the archive within 30 days. Materials without such consent are never used for training.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertising networks for profiling. Data may be disclosed to public authorities only on a lawful request.

5. International transfers

The Service is hosted in Russia (hosting, newsletter via Unisender) and operated jointly by our UAE and Russian entities; processing also takes place in the UAE (our hardware), the USA (Google, Stripe, Pinterest) and the EU (Brevo). Data transferred: images and text for generation, email address (payments, emails), technical identifiers.

For users in the EEA/UK this means your data is transferred to countries without an adequacy decision (Russia, UAE, USA). We rely on your explicit consent given at registration for the transfer necessary to provide the Service, and on the processors' standard contractual clauses where available (Google, Stripe, Brevo).

6. Publishing works and the community feed

• Works by users without a Pro subscription are published to the public feed (sketch, reduced source photo for comparison, your username, technique and parameters) only with your explicit consent, given by ticking a box before your first generation. Without it, photo-based generation is not performed. You can delete a published work or anonymise it (remove your name) in your account.
• Works by Pro users are private by default; you can publish or unpublish them.
• Photos we do not publish to the feed (children, nudity, documents and personal data — Content Rules, section 2a) are processed only with Pro and only privately: they never reach the feed, the showcase or social media. For accounts without Pro such a photo is deleted after automated screening and no sketch is made.
• A "Share" link opens a private work to anyone who has the link; deleting the work invalidates the link. Works made from photos that are not published have no "Share" link — they can only be shared as a file.
• Works published to the feed may be shown on the Service's showcase and on our official social media accounts with your username credited (see Terms of Service, "Rights to content").
• Posts in "Talk" and "Learn" are public (except private posts by Pro users); ratings and rating comments are not shown publicly.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
• erase your data ("right to be forgotten") and delete your account;
• restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interests;
• data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format (your works can be downloaded in the app);
• withdraw consent at any time (marketing — toggle in your account or the link in any marketing email; publication — untick in settings or delete the work; cookies — browser settings), without affecting processing before withdrawal;
• not to be subject to a solely automated decision with legal effects — content screening is explained in section 3 and can be reviewed by a human;
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the UAE Data Office, or your local data protection authority in the EEA/UK.

How to exercise them. Email online@artworker.pro from the address on your account (or via in-app support if you signed in with Telegram/Pinterest). We respond within 30 days; in complex cases we may extend by a further 30 days and will tell you. Account deletion is completed within 30 days of the request; data we must keep by law (payment records) is anonymised and kept for the statutory period.

Many actions do not require a request: deleting or anonymising works, managing marketing and subscriptions, and deleting your account (Account settings → Delete account; takes effect immediately, a confirmation is emailed to you) — in your account; leaving the bot — by blocking it in Telegram; push notifications — in browser settings.

9. Cookies

We use necessary cookies (session, language, campaign tags) and, with your consent, Yandex.Metrica (including session replay) and top.mail.ru. The full list, lifetimes and how to disable them are in the Cookie Policy. Guests can use the Service without an account; their daily generation limit is counted per IP address.

10. Age

The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and over. By registering you confirm you are at least 18. We do not knowingly collect children's data; if you learn that a child has registered, contact us and the account will be deleted.

11. Security

Connections are protected by TLS; passwords are stored only as salted hashes; only the controller has access to the database and files; the application runs under a content security policy; access to generation results is checked server-side (private works are available only to the owner or via a share link); backups are made daily. You may enable sign-in confirmation by email code (two-factor sign-in): when signing in with a password from a new device, a code is sent to your verified email address; a device can be remembered for 30 days (a random identifier in the did cookie or in the app storage). For Service administrators this confirmation is always on and social sign-in is disabled. We keep an incident log and will notify the supervisory authority and affected users of a personal data breach as required by applicable law (PDPL; within 72 hours under the GDPR where it applies).

12. Changes

We update this Policy whenever the Service changes: any new feature, third-party service, data type or retention period must either fit the current Policy or the Policy is updated in the same release. New versions are published at andamento.app/en/legal with the date; we announce material changes in the app or by email.

1. Agreement

1.1. These Terms are a contract between you ("you", "User") and ARTWORKER TECHNOLOGY, a sole establishment registered in Abu Dhabi, UAE (Trade Licence No. CN-6492001), owner Sergei Kolbasov ("we", "ANDAMENTO").

1.2. Service — the website and web application andamento.app (including ru.andamento.app and pro.andamento.app) and the Telegram bot @andamentobot. Sketch — a mosaic or stained-glass image generated by the Service from your photo or description. Feed — the public section of the Service with published works. Pro — the paid subscription.

1.3. You accept these Terms by registering with the acceptance box ticked, signing in via Telegram or Pinterest, paying for a subscription, or using the Service without an account. Acceptance includes the Privacy Policy.

1.4. The version of the Terms in force at the time of acceptance applies; changes are handled under section 13.

2. The Service

2.1. We provide remote access to the Service to create mosaic and stained-glass sketches using algorithms and AI models, calculate material consumption, publish works to the Feed and talk in the "Talk" and "Learn" sections. You use the Service under these Terms and, if you choose Pro, pay the subscription fee.

2.2. Free access includes a limited number of generations per day. Pro extends limits and adds features. Current limits, plan contents and prices are shown in the app (the "ANDAMENTO PRO" window) and on andamento.app and form part of this contract.

2.3. We may change the free features and limits and introduce new units of service accounting (for example, credits), with notice in the app. Changes do not reduce what you have already paid for during a current Pro term.

3. Account

3.1. Registration requires an email address (verified by code) and a username, or sign-in via Telegram or Pinterest. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account.

3.2. The Service is for persons aged 18 and over; by registering you confirm your age.

3.3. You may delete your works in your account at any time and delete your account by emailing online@artworker.pro (completed within 30 days). We may suspend an account for breach of these Terms (section 9) with notice by email.

4. Pro subscription

4.1. Prices (as of this version): USD 7 per month or USD 57 per year (a calendar month or year, clause 4.2). The current price is shown before payment. Payment is by card via Stripe; the receipt is emailed to you. To pay for a subscription or a credit pack your account must have a confirmed email address — receipts and charge notices are sent there. Local taxes may apply depending on your country and are shown at checkout. Besides the subscription you can buy a one-off credit pack (section 5); a pack is not a subscription and does not renew.

4.2. Activation and renewal date. Pro starts immediately after the payment is confirmed. Stripe renews the subscription on the same day of the month as the first payment (yearly — on the same date a year later; if a month has no such day, on its last day) — the "renewal date". On renewal the new term is added to the end of the current one.

4.3. Automatic renewal. Pro via Stripe is a recurring subscription: it renews automatically for the same term at the then-current price, charged to your card at the end of each term. We email you 7 days before the renewal date with the date and amount, a link to manage the subscription and a one-click link to cancel renewal (accounts without an email get a Telegram message if Telegram is linked). If a charge fails, Stripe retries and we email you; if payment is not received, Pro is switched off and your works and account remain.

4.4. Cancelling renewal takes one step: use the "Cancel auto-renewal" link in the reminder email, or in your account press "Manage subscription", which opens the Stripe customer portal, and choose "Cancel". No email to support is needed. After cancellation Pro remains active until the end of the paid term and no further charges are made. You can cancel at any time, including right after purchase.

4.5. Promo codes give a discount on a payment, a period of Pro or bonus credits, on the terms stated when the code is issued (including the number of uses, whether it can be applied again and the code's expiry); what a code gives is shown in your account before you apply it; the benefit is not exchangeable for cash.

4.6. What Pro includes (as of this version): 120 credits per month for generations (section 5; on the yearly plan — 120 credits every month on the day of the renewal date), private works (not published to the Feed), choice of module and palette, matrix technique, print-ready layouts on A4/A3 sheets at actual size, private posts, material calculation by email. The exact list is in the app.

4.7. We may change the subscription price with at least 7 days' notice by email to subscribers with active renewal before the new price is charged; you may cancel before the charge.

5. Credits

5.1. A credit is the unit in which the Service's paid actions are counted (clause 2.3). As of this version: a sketch from a prompt costs, by the chosen AI mode, X1 Basic (local model) 1 credit, X2 Boost (OpenAI engine) 2, X3 Ultra (Google engine with multi-step result checking) 3 (the “Pixel” style from a prompt is available in X2 and X3), a sketch from a photo 3, the matrix technique 1, a 4K version 1, a 4K version with AI detailing (for images below 1024 px, Pro only) 2, visualisation of the sketch in an interior: creating an interior from a prompt or a preset 1 credit, AI insertion of the sketch into the interior (Pro only) 2 credits per image, AI editing of a sketch in the editor — extending the margins to the wall size and/or changing the sketch by the chosen options and a text description, in one request (Pro only) 3 credits per request, a print-ready PDF layout on A4/A3 sheets at actual size (any technique) — Pro only, no credits deducted, overlaying a sketch on an interior photo without AI — free (without Pro the result is published to the Feed, clause 7.3), the "Sketch passport" (PDF), preparing a sketch in the editor (crop, proportions, filling the margins) and saving an edited sketch to your account are free; the “Assembly guide” (PDF, beta) costs 3 credits per work and set of form answers, rebuilding with the same answers is free, and the guide is for reference only — proportions and quantities in it are approximate. The cost is shown next to the button before you start. Credits are not money, electronic money or securities; they cannot be exchanged for cash (except refunds under section 6) or transferred to other people.

5.2. Deduction and refund on failure. Credits are deducted when an action starts. If the action is not completed for reasons on our side (generation error, the model refusing to process the image, timeout), the deducted credits are returned automatically and recorded in your history.

5.3. Sources and validity. Credits are kept in buckets:

• daily — for all accounts, including those with a Pro subscription: topped up to 3 credits every day at 00:00 server time (Moscow); they do not accumulate;
• welcome — 10 credits at sign-up, with no expiry;
• subscription — 120 credits for each paid month of Pro (on the yearly plan — 120 credits every month on the day of the renewal date); valid until the next renewal date (on the yearly plan — until the same day of the next month), then void; unused subscription credits do not carry over and are not refunded in cash, as they are part of the price of the term;
• purchased — a pack of 20 credits for USD 3.99 (price as of this version), valid for 90 days from payment; a pack does not include Pro perks (works are published to the Feed as for an account without Pro; clause 7.3);
• bonus — from the referral program (clause 5.6), from promo codes and at our discretion; valid for 90 days unless a different term is set when they are granted (the term and expiry date are shown in your account).

Order of deduction: daily → subscription → purchased and bonus; within the last group, credits expiring sooner are used first and non-expiring ones last. Your balance by bucket, expiry dates and history are in your account, "Credits" tab.

5.4. Expiry. Credits not used by the end of their validity are void. The service for a credit pack is deemed rendered from the first generation paid with that pack. If no generation was made with a pack, its credits are still void after 90 days, and your request is reviewed individually: at our choice we restore the credits or refund the payment under section 6.

5.5. Disagreement with credit accounting. If you do not agree with credit-based accounting, you may cancel Pro and request a refund under section 6; on refund the subscription credits of the paid term are void.

5.6. Referral program. Every user has a personal link and an invite code (account, "Invite" tab); you may set a custom code. Entering an invite code at sign-up, or in the account within 24 hours after sign-up (before the first payment), is treated the same as signing up via the link. A friend who signs up via your link or code receives 10 bonus credits; you receive 50 bonus credits after your friend's first successful payment (pack or Pro) — once per friend; further payments do not earn bonuses. No bonus is granted where self-referral is indicated: the same IP address, device or bank card for the referrer and the friend within 7 days, or if the first payment is refunded. We may void bonuses obtained in breach of these rules and suspend participation. Program terms may change with notice in the app; bonuses already granted remain valid until their expiry.

5.7. Changes to credit accounting. We may change the credit cost of actions and the size of the daily allowance, welcome, subscription and pack credits with at least 7 days' notice in the app (section 13); changes do not reduce credits already granted for a paid term.

6. Refunds

6.1. Pro is a digital service that starts immediately on payment. By purchasing you ask us to start the service right away.

6.2. Consumers in the EU/EEA and UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By activating Pro you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed; for a partly performed term we refund the unused part pro rata.

6.3. All users: if you request a refund at online@artworker.pro within 14 days of payment, we refund the full amount if no Pro feature has been used, or the unused full days of the paid term pro rata, less payment processing fees and the cost of generations already performed. Refunds go to the original card within 10 days of the request.

6.4. Credit pack. A pack can be refunded within 14 days of payment: in full if no generation was made with it, otherwise pro rata to the unused credits, less payment processing fees and the cost of generations already performed. A Pro refund (clause 6.3) does not include separate compensation for unused subscription credits — they are part of the price of the term.

6.5. If the Service is unavailable through our fault for more than 72 consecutive hours, your Pro term is extended by the downtime, or refunded for that period on request.

6.6. Effect of a refund. When a payment for a Pro term is refunded in full, Pro is shortened to the end of the previous paid term (or switched off on the day of the refund if that term has ended), the subscription credits of the refunded term are voided and renewal is cancelled. When a credit pack is refunded, its unused credits are voided.

7. Rights to content

7.1. Your uploads. You keep all rights to the photos and texts you upload. You warrant that you have the right to use them and submit them for processing, and that any people depicted do not object. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your uploads to the extent necessary to provide the Service (storage, processing, transfer to the processors listed in the Privacy Policy, display to you and, with your consent, in the Feed). You are responsible for what you upload. Photos we do not publish to the Feed — with children, with nudity or erotica, with documents or personal data (Content Rules, section 2a) — are not processed for users without a Pro subscription: generation is declined after automated screening, before any sketch is made, no credits are charged and the photo is not stored. With Pro such photos are processed privately: the work is not published to the Feed, the showcase or the Service's social media (including at your request), no "Share" link is issued for it — you can share it as a file. By uploading such a photo you warrant that you hold the rights and consents to have it processed (of the people depicted, a child's legal guardian).

7.2. Sketches. You may use the sketches generated for you in any way, including making and selling mosaics and stained glass based on them, publishing and adapting them, for personal and commercial purposes, without crediting the Service. We do not claim authorship of sketches. You understand that sketches are produced by AI models: similar sketches may be generated for other users, and copyright protection of AI-generated output is not guaranteed in every jurisdiction.

7.3. Feed and showcase. Works made from photos not published to the Feed (clause 7.1) never appear in the Feed. By publishing a work to the Feed (non-Pro users — by ticking the consent box before generation; Pro users — via the toggle in the account), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence for the duration of copyright to display the work (sketch, reduced source photo for comparison, parameters) in the Feed, on the Service's showcase and on the Service's official social media accounts with your username credited. The licence ends when you delete the work, except for material already posted to social media before deletion, which we remove on request within a reasonable time.

7.4. Manufacturers' trade marks. The "Diamond" palette shows DMC-compatible colour codes, solely to identify the product — nominative use of their trade marks. The trade marks belong to their owners; the Service is not their representative, dealer or partner, and the manufacturers have neither reviewed nor endorsed it. On-screen colours are approximate and depend on your display, lighting and the material batch: check against the manufacturer's sample before buying. We are not liable for differences between the actual material colour and what you saw on screen.

7.5. The Service. The software, design, algorithms, techniques, palettes, texts and knowledge bases belong to ARTWORKER TECHNOLOGY and sole trader Sergei Kolbasov. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape or build derivative services without written permission.

8. AI output: no guarantee of accuracy

8.1. Sketches and calculations are generated automatically. They may contain errors, artefacts, inaccurate colours, proportions and quantities. We do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose; you are responsible for checking a sketch and calculation before producing a mosaic.

8.2. Material calculations are estimates; actual consumption depends on laying technique, waste and materials.

8.3. Answers in the "Learn" section were generated automatically, are for reference only and are not professional advice. The section no longer accepts new questions; questions about mosaic or the Service can be sent to online@artworker.pro.

9. Prohibited use

You must not:

• upload images or texts that infringe third-party rights or contain pornography, sexualised depictions of minors, gore, promotion of violence, hate, drugs, extremist material or other content prohibited by applicable law;
• upload photos of other people without their consent to create images that could defame them;
• use the Service for spam, fraud or deception;
• circumvent limits, automate access (bots, scripts, multiple accounts), interfere with the Service or extract other users' data;
• post advertising, abuse or third parties' personal data in "Talk" and "Learn".

See the Content Rules. Uploads are screened automatically; we may decline generation, remove content and suspend accounts for violations.

10. Liability

10.1. The Service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability (updates, outages of third-party services — payment, AI provider, hosting).

10.2. We are not liable for loss of profit or indirect loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. These limits do not apply where liability cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights and liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

10.3. You are responsible for the content you upload and for how you use sketches, and you will indemnify us against third-party claims caused by breach of the warranties in section 7.

11. Personal data

Our processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this contract. Consent to marketing emails and consent to publication in the Feed are given separately and are not a condition of the contract.

12. Governing law and disputes

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

12.2. Complaints go to online@artworker.pro; we reply within 10 days. Disputes not resolved by negotiation are submitted to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE, without prejudice to a consumer's right to bring proceedings in their home country where the law so provides.

13. Changes

We may amend these Terms. New versions are published at andamento.app/en/legal with the date; we give at least 7 days' notice in the app or by email of material changes (prices, Pro contents, rights to content). Continued use after the effective date means acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the Service and you may cancel under section 6.

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We also use the browser's localStorage (for app settings) and web-analytics counters. The full list is below.

4. Content Rules and Moderation

1. What you can do

The Service is made for mosaic and stained-glass artists. Upload your own photos and photos you have rights to, describe subjects, publish sketches to the Feed, discuss mosaic in "Talk" and "Learn", rate sketches.

2. What you must not upload or post

• pornography and sexualised imagery; any sexualised depiction of minors (immediate ban and referral to the competent authorities);
• gore, promotion of violence, terrorism, extremism, hatred on grounds of nationality, religion, gender or other characteristics;
• promotion of drugs;
• images of other people without their consent where the sketch could humiliate or defame them;
• other people's works, photos and trademarks without the right to use them;
• third parties' personal data (phone numbers, addresses, documents);
• advertising, spam, links to fraudulent resources, abuse and harassment in posts and comments;
• content prohibited by applicable law.

2a. Not published to the Feed — private with Pro only

Visualisations (a sketch in an interior) and saved edited sketches are always private and are never published to the Feed.

Works made from photos that show any of the following never appear in the Feed, on the showcase or on the Service's social media:

• children;
• nudity or erotica;
• documents or personal data (passports, cards, receipts, chats, etc.).

Automated screening (section 3) identifies such photos. For accounts without Pro, generation is declined before any sketch is made, with an explanation; no credits are charged and the photo is not stored. With Pro they are processed privately only: the work is marked as not publishable, it cannot be published to the Feed and no "Share" link is issued — you can share it as a file. Works with such content published earlier have been unpublished and stay in their authors' accounts. If the screening got it wrong, write to us (section 5).

3. How moderation works

• Automated screening. Every uploaded photo is scored by a local model (NudeNet) and by Google Gemini on categories: nudity, violence, gore, drugs, hate, risk of minors, on a 0–3 scale. Above the threshold, generation is declined with an explanation. The same screening identifies content that is not published (section 2a). The score is stored with the work.
• Human moderation. An administrator reviews the Feed, posts and reports and may remove content, unpublish it or suspend an account.
• Measures. First violation — content removal and a warning; repeated or serious violations — account suspension without refund of the subscription; illegal content — preservation of records and disclosure on lawful request.

4. How to report

Email online@artworker.pro or message the Telegram bot @andamentobot with the link to the work or post and the reason. Rights holders should attach proof of rights. We review reports within 7 days and tell you the outcome; obviously infringing content is unpublished immediately pending review.

5. How to appeal

If your content was removed or a generation declined and you believe this was a mistake, reply to the notice or email online@artworker.pro — a human will review within 7 days. Automated screening is not a final decision.

6. Crisis messages

If a user's post (for example, in the "Learn" section) shows signs of a crisis (self-harm, suicidal thoughts), a moderator removes it from public view. The Service does not provide psychological help and does not correspond on these topics — please reach out to real people: help-line contacts are listed below.
